McGill currently has a Panama and an African field studies semester to offer to students. Each takes students for the entire Winter semester. A number of other field courses are offered. I am only familiar with the Biology field courses, of which my paleo field course belongs.

The semester long field courses are:
http://www.mcgill.ca/africa/
http://www.mcgill.ca/mse/field_study/panama/
http://www.mcgill.ca/mse/field_study/barbados/

and the other single course field courses are too numerous to list (lots in geology, geography, anthropology, McGill School of the Environment (MSE), and biology). There is unfortunately not a single field studies
website at McGill to link them all together. We are currently discussing options for a Quebec/Nunavut field studies semester to bring students to two Quebec field stations and one in Axel Heiberg (all of which McGill owns and manages)
